Our secret: temperature. We're inspired by low-temperature cooking, and whenever possible, we cook most of our dishes at temperatures below 80°C, thus preserving the original flavor and properties of the food.

Our personality: size. In the form of mini-plates designed for sharing, we offer cuisine in small quantities because, once you see the dishes on the menu, you'll want to try them all. Forget the traditional "first course, main course, and dessert" format; at 80 Grados, the dishes are unordered.
