In the 90s and from the hand of one of the initiators of this activity, José Manuel Rodríguez Collar, a widely known and appreciated person in the world of passenger transport by road in Madrid, Autocares Rodríguez Collar emerged, settling in the municipality Tres Cantos , an expanding area in the North of Madrid, one of the youngest municipalities in Spain, and where the Company's Headquarters and its offices are established.

With a lot of work and an expansive policy, José Manuel acquires another small company “Rutas del Cares” , thus giving rise to the current Rodríguez Collar Group , at the same time that he continues with the acquisition, diversification and modernization of the vehicle fleet .

After the death of José Manuel in 2010, the Company continues in the same line of modernization and diversification, applying new technologies and business criteria that have allowed it to continue in the sector in such difficult situations, now led by the third generation, despite to innovations, he wants to maintain the close and service spirit learned from Don José Manuel.
