TRES CANTOS BOOSTS LOCAL COMMERCE WITH ITS FIRST HEALTH AND WELLNESS DAY

On Saturday, May 24 , the Municipal Auditorium of the Adolfo Suárez Cultural Center will host an event that unites health, commerce, and community.

This Saturday, the municipality of Tres Cantos will celebrate the 1st Businesses for Health and Wellness Conference, a pioneering event that will bring together industry professionals and local businesses committed to healthy habits. The event will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Auditorium of the Adolfo Suárez Cultural Center.

Organized by the City Council's Department of Commerce, this event is part of the City of Health and Wellness program, with the aim of raising awareness of the personal care industry and boosting the local economy.

A full program of presentations and demonstrations

During the day, there will be 12 presentations and a final panel discussion with a question and answer session, featuring nutritionists, personal trainers, physiotherapists, Pilates studios, gyms, and beauty specialists. At the same time, the lobby of the Cultural Center will host a small trade fair with 23 stands where local businesses will showcase their services, products, and treatments.

In addition, as part of the fun program, a dance exhibition will be held at 11:00 a.m. in the Town Hall Square , and the little ones will be able to enjoy a bouncy castle .

Admission is free and open to all residents , who will be able to experience firsthand the local offerings in health, wellness, and quality of life, consolidating Tres Cantos as a city committed to the well-being of its community.
