Todo Está En Tres Cantos has a new feature for businesses registered on the platform: coupon campaigns.

The purpose of this service is to allow various establishments to create promotions aimed at registered users of the directory. In this way, it will be possible to decide what the campaign consists of (discounts, 2x1, gift for the purchase of a product, etc.), during what dates it will be valid and how many people will be able to take advantage of said promotion, establishing a maximum number of coupons.

HOW TO MANAGE CAMPAIGNS

To be able to manage your own coupon campaigns in a simple and effective way, you only need to log in to the platform and, if you have not yet registered your business, you can easily do so by clicking on "Participate" .

Once you have logged in, you have to click on the top right where it says "Hello + Establishment name", select the option "Edit my coupon campaigns" from the drop-down menu.

On the coupon management page, click on "+Add campaigns", where you must include the name of the campaign, a brief description and a full description, the conditions of the promotion, the duration with a start date and an end date, the maximum number of coupons and the stores where the promotion will be available. If you have more than one establishment registered, you can create a "shared" campaign between several of them.

The campaign request must be "submitted" so that the administrators can accept the publication of the campaign. Once it is accepted, it will be visible in the establishment's profile.

Once the campaign is created, in the "My coupon campaigns" section you can view the status of the campaign, the duration of the campaign and the number of downloads and redemptions of the coupons.

EXCHANGE OF COUPONS AS AN ESTABLISHMENT

People who have created an account on Todo Está en Tres Cantos, will be able to download the coupon by logging in with their username.

1. App Download

In order to redeem coupons for users who have downloaded them, it is necessary to have the Todo Está en Tres Cantos application installed on the mobile device. It is available in both the Apple App Store and the Android Play Store.

2. Log in to the app

When downloading it, you will need to log in with the email address linked to the business that is running the promotion. To do this, click on the bottom right corner and the screen will open where you must enter your email address.

To log in, a link will be sent by email, which you must click to be redirected back to the application.

3. Session started, access to QR

Once logged in, a QR option appears at the bottom right. You must allow access to the device's camera in order to scan the coupon codes. On that screen, when a person comes with the campaign QR (the promotional coupon that must have been downloaded previously), it is scanned.  

4. Redeem coupons

When you scan the QR code on the coupon, a screen will appear providing information about the coupon. To validate it, you must click on “Redeem now” and, once this is done, it will appear that the coupon has been redeemed and cannot be used again by another person.
