New in Everything is in Tres Cantos! Now you can create your own promotional coupons

Todo Esta En Tres Cantos has a new functionality for businesses registered on the platform: coupon campaigns.

The objective of this service is for various establishments to create promotions aimed at registered users of the directory. In this way, you can decide what the campaign consists of (discounts, 2x1, gift for purchasing a product, etc.), during which dates it will be valid and how many people will be able to take advantage of said promotion, establishing a maximum number of coupons.

 

How to manage campaigns

In order to manage your own coupon campaigns in a simple and effective way, you only need to log in to the platform and, if you have not yet registered your business, you can easily do so by clicking on "Participate" .

Once you have logged in, you have to click on the top right where it says "Hello + Establishment name", select the "Edit my coupon campaigns" option from the drop-down menu.

On the coupon management page, you must click "+Add campaigns", where you must include the name of the campaign, a brief description and a complete description, the conditions of the promotion, the duration with start date and end date , the maximum number of coupons and the stores in which said promotion will be available. If you have more than one registered establishment, you can create a “shared” campaign between several of them.

The campaign request must be "submitted" so that the administrators can accept its publication. Once accepted, it will be visible on the establishment's file.

When the campaign is created, in the "My coupon campaigns" section you can view its status, the duration of the campaign and the number of downloads and redemptions of the coupons.

 

Coupon redemption as an establishment

People who have an account created at Todo Esta en Tres Cantos will be able to download the coupon by logging in with their username.

1. App download

In order to redeem the coupons of users who have downloaded them, it is necessary to have the Todo Esta en Tres Cantos application installed on the mobile device. It is available in both the Apple App Store and the Android Play Store.

2. Login to the app

When downloading it, it will be necessary to log in with the email to which the business that is doing the promotion is linked. To do this, you have to click on the bottom right, and the screen will open where you have to write the email.

To log in, a link will be sent by email, which you will have to click to redirect back to the application.

3. Login, access to QR

Once the session has started, a QR option appears at the bottom right. You must allow access to the device's camera to scan the coupon codes. On that screen, when a person comes with the campaign QR (the promotion coupon that had to be downloaded previously), it is scanned.  

4. Redeem coupons

When you scan the QR code on the coupon, a screen appears providing information about the coupon. To validate it, you must click “Redeem now” and, once this is done, it will appear that the coupon has been redeemed and cannot be used again by another person.
